Shipping & Freight
Effective November 6, 2026
How orders ship
Most products ship directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distribution center to get them to you faster. We remain your seller and contact for the whole order. Orders with several items may arrive in separate shipments.
Freight deliveries (machines)
- Machines ship by LTL freight on a pallet or in a crate. The carrier calls or emails to schedule an appointment.
- Standard service is curbside. Liftgate is included for residential deliveries and quoted for businesses without a dock. Inside delivery and placement are available by quote.
- Have equipment and people ready to move the machine. Check door widths and floor load before delivery.
- Missed appointments and redelivery fees are charged by the carrier and passed through at cost.
Inspect before you sign
Inspect every crate before signing. If anything looks damaged, write "damaged" with a short description on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and you may refuse the shipment. Report concealed damage found after unpacking within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We file the claim and arrange repair or replacement with you.
Parcel shipments
Materials, parts and smaller machines ship by ground carrier with tracking emailed when the label is created.
Lead times
In stock items usually leave within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation. Built to order and large format machines can take longer; we confirm the lead time before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada are available by quote. We do not ship freight to PO boxes. Some products cannot be exported or sold in certain jurisdictions.
Lost or late packages
Contact us if tracking stalls. We open a trace with the carrier and resolve it with you.
