This Privacy Policy explains how ZKSLINK LLC, doing business as Ironbridge Fabrications, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit ironbridgefabrications.com, contact us, or buy from us directly or through a marketplace.

Information we collect

  • You give us: name, email, phone, business name, billing and delivery address, delivery details, tax exemption documents, and messages you send.
  • Orders: products, prices, payment status and shipping records. Card details are entered with our payment processor and never stored by us.
  • Automatically: pages and products viewed, search terms, approximate device type, referring site, and a first party visitor cookie used to count unique visits. We do not build advertising profiles from this data.
  • From partners: order and delivery details from marketplaces, carriers and manufacturers that fulfill your order.

How we use it

  • To quote, process, ship and support your orders, including passing your delivery details to the manufacturer, distributor or carrier that ships your product.
  • To file warranty claims and freight claims for you.
  • To answer questions, prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
  • To understand which products and pages are useful, in aggregate.
  • To send shop notes if you opt in. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

How we share it

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, e-commerce platform such as Shopify, payment processing, email, shipping carriers), manufacturers and distributors that fulfill or warranty your order, marketplaces where you purchased, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and one first party analytics cookie. Your cart, saved items and compare list are stored in your own browser. If an e-commerce or analytics provider is enabled, its cookies are covered by its own policy.

Your choices and rights

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes, and other data only as long as it is useful. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect information; no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for business and adult buyers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
