Returns

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. Request a return authorization (RMA) first at [email protected]; returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

  • Unopened products: full refund of the product price, less original and return shipping.
  • Opened or used machines: must be complete and in like new condition in original packaging; a 15% restocking fee applies, plus freight both ways.
  • Not returnable: opened consumables (filament, resin, inks, film, sheet stock), software and license keys once delivered, custom, personalized or built to order items, and products damaged by misuse.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Freight damage must be noted and reported as described in our Shipping Policy. Defects that appear after the return window are handled under the manufacturer warranty.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge before the order ships. After shipment, a cancellation is handled as a return.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed on a marketplace follow that marketplace's return program where it requires more generous terms.
